Ever heard of the Riley Factor? The Riley Factor is that I am as cute and lovable as can be! And if you come by and check me out, I will have no problems convincing you of it. I was born cute and there was enough to even give my siblings some. And while they are a ton of fun to be around, I think I am ready for a new home of my own.
I think I would like some children with it. Or anybody who likes a good game of soccer. I am almost as curious as George and really enjoy going for a walk. While the great people here come several times a day to take us out, they always leave without me. I really want to go home with somebody. This whole staying behind thing is making me sad. I am smart and have the potential to be your best pup ever! I am heartworm negative, UTD on shots and preventatives and am neutered. Doesn't that make me the paw-fect pup for you?

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them.
