And if you come by and check me out, I will have no problems convincing you of it. I was born cute and there was enough to even give my siblings some. And while they are a ton of fun to be around, I think I am ready for a new home of my own. I think I would like some children with it. Or anybody who likes a good game of soccer. I am almost as curious as George and really enjoy going for a walk. While the great people here come several times a day to take us out, they always leave without me. I really want to go home with somebody. This whole staying behind thing is making me sad. I am smart and have the potential to be your best pup ever! I am heartworm negative, UTD on shots and preventatives and am neutered. Doesn't that make me the paw-fect pup for you? If you would like to adopt George, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
