Butterbean's birthday is on 10/16/2012 , she weighs around 35 pounds and her shoulder height is 18 inches. Butterbean is a very smart girl she knows sit and will learn anything for a treat. Butterbean is a water dog. She absolutely loves the water and likes to dive for treats. She is looking for someone that can spend some time with her and turn her into the great dog we know she will be. She gets along great with other dogs here at the shelter.

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered, are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Wed, Fri & Sat from 10-2pm and Thursdays from 3-7pm (other times available by appointment). Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
