Learn more about the Border Collie. Last Christmas Eve, a star was born! ME!!! Hi, My name is Brodie. I am an 8 month old Border Collie boy. I am pretty great so if you apply for me expect a little bit of a wait while the humans here work through all of my potential applications! I am housebroken, do great in my kennel, love to PLAY, am super intelligent and pick up new tricks quick! I love to snuggle with people. I have a gorgeous liver and white coat. I do well in the car. I do well on leash. I am just a really outstanding Collie looking for the perfect home! I would request someone who is super active and has experience with an intelligent dog such as myself! I also request a lot of room to run, but someone who wants to keep my indoors and let me sleep close to my humans! I do not want to share my home with super small kids, simply because I love to jump and do not want to knock a little human over. I am super submissive with other dogs, and am still getting use to being around them. I am okay with cats. Please submit an application, to let the humans here at CARA know why I would be best suited for your home!!! LOVE BRODIE

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
