To see more animals for adoption, please visit the CARA Website My name should have been Smiley, since I am a very friendly fellow. I love you, the dog, the visitors, the man walking pass. I am just that sweet of a fellow. And I just love to play with the other dogs. I can't understand why they wanted me to stand still and smile for the camera. I would have rather been racing around with the other dogs. I think I would be great for kids that like to play outside. Or a Mom and/or Dad that love to check out what's behind the next corner. I am curious to see how your neighborhood looks like and if there are any people and other dogs to meet. I bet I would like all of them. And maybe they like me too!? I am heartworm negative, UTD on shots and preventatives and am neutered. If you would like to adopt Roscoe, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
