Learn more about the Dalmatian.

Rita, Rita, Rita...what can we say about Rita. She is a pup that is such a treasure. When she was a baby someone abandoned her and her siblings onto a rural road. They found their way to us and had parvo. Rita ended up being the worst of all the puppies and spent quite a few days at the vets office fighting for her life. She beat parvo and came back to us to wait for her new home.

Rita is an adorable puppy who loves to cuddle and loves getting her cookie every night. She is good with other animals and children.

Rita is about 6 months old and is spayed, current on vaccines, on hw prevention, and frontline.

If you are interested in adopting Rita please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at cara@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
