May I introduce myself: My name is Peppermint Paddy and I was the girl in a litter of what they thought were Beagles. My brothers and I were so cute that we found homes quickly. But my new parents worked a lot and didn't have the time to dedicate to a young child like me.
I felt a little forgotten at times and it was thought that I was lacking manners. I am honestly just lacking attention. I have a lot of friends here at CARA and the children think I am the cutest and most lovable pup on Earth. And I have been behaving so well for a little girl like myself.
So now I am looking for a new home with somebody that has time for me and likes to play. And if you have another dog to play with, that would be just awesome. I do miss my brothers just a little.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
