Hi, my name is Kali and I am such a princess! I am a lovely 7 lb full blooded tortishell Persian who is two years old who likes long brushing sessions and to be scratched under my chin! I love to play hide and seek and when found I LOVE to be brushed! I am a very sweet kitty who is looking for a forever home that is quiet so I can once again feel at home. Even though I have pedegree papers I am already spayed. I am also declawed :-). I do ok with other kitties doggies, and kids, but I get a little overwelmed sometimes if things are too crazy. :-) If you are a long haired kitty lover and would like to meet me let the good people of CARA know.

Our adoption fees are:
Dogs: $250
Cats: $95
Puppies under 4 months: $235 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100
Kittens under 4 months: $70 plus Spay/Neuter Deposit: $100

All pets available for adoption have been spayed or neutered (unless under 4 months please read about our adoptions here ), are current on vaccinations and preventatives, and micro-chipped. Cats have been tested and confirmed negative for Feline AIDS and Leukemia. Dogs have been tested for heartworm disease.

Our shelter is located at 42 Deep River Rd in Sanford and is open Tues, Thurs,  & Fri from 3pm - 7pm & Sat from 10-2pm (other times available by appointment). CARA's adoption process and online application can be found at  http://www.cara-nc.org/info/adoption

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life.
