Oh my! What an amazing thing that someone let me get away! I was found wandering and a wonderful CARA volunteer brought me in. My family never came for me so here I am, looking for my forever home. Ben is a great little dog (about 15 lbs. full grown). He has never met a stranger in those of the human and canine persuasion. He loves to be held and has the most amazing soft coat. Ben is housetrained, neutered, hw negative, current on vaccines, and on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.

If you would like to adopt Ben, please visit CARA to fill out an on-line application or e-mail us at adoptions@cara-nc.org.

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred  that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
