Meet Amber! She is a year and a half old hound mix looking for a new home! She is very sweet with adults, but would do best in a home with no very young children, older considerate children ok. She loves toys and to be given affection. Amber loves to go on walks and gets along well with other dogs. She's up to date and current on vaccinations and preventatives, plus she's spayed! She will require close supervision when outdoors and a wooden privacy fence is recommended. If you're interested in Amber, please fill out an adoption application and come meet her!

Every animal that comes into the CARA program is here because one or more events occurred that led to this animal needing not only a home, but a person or family to love and protect them. Each animal has been loved and cared for by a small and determined group of people who want nothing more than to know each animal is safe for the rest of his or her life. Thank you for looking to adopt!
